How can you multi-table?

How do you show 4 tables at a time?

Do you just go to properties, settings, then move the resolution all the way to the right?

If it matters I have a Dell Ultrasharp FP1905 LCD and a 256mb GeForce 6800.

go to the zoo (internet forum) and post this, then get flamed for not searching and reading the faq first before posting.

Or you could have been a decent human being and provided a link. Then not been a smart a$$.

You're not going to be able to get 4 tables on your monitor without overlapping. Each table is 800x600 and the maximum resolution of your monitor is 1280x1024. To get 4 tables on the screen at once without the tables overlapping you need a monitor that supports 1600x1200.

I appreciate both of you for helping me. I was thinking my monitor was a great one that could do anything any other monitor could do. I guess size I was wrong.

Oh well I ended up selling it on Ebay tonight.

thanks again

Try a Dell 2001FP, the gold standard for multi-tabling.

Re: How can you multi-table?

It doesn't matter if your max resolution is 1280x1024...I used to 4-table with 1024x768 easily, and occasionally (rarely though) played 5 or 6 tables. If you just put the tables as far out in each corner as possible it's reasonable. For 5 and 6 I just put those ones at 3 and 9 o'clock.

There is a chance, of course, that a table will pop up from behind and cause you to misclick and three-bet with 72o or something, but that was very rare for me at 1024x768 and I've never even had a close call with it at 1280x1024. If it does happen, don't despair - just consider the meta-game implications if you get to show down 83s after accidentally 3betting preflop!
