I just saw a lady who was probably 4'2"....she looked proportioned so I'd say she's not a dwarf or whatever.

Under 5'0" i think. I took all the chips from a little person in vegas the last time i was there, and felt kinda bad. She played with her chips still in the rack the whole time too. I'm not sure she reached 4' though, somewhere between 3'11" and 4'2" i think.
