Alright, I've been living in my apartment for about 6 months now. I pull into my carport stall yesterday after the gym and there is a MILF standing out with her kids. I had never seen her before, or remember her being so hot, but she lives right next door. I say hi and go inside. Later on that night, me and a couple buddies are having a few drinks on the patio when she pulls up. She's in this cute black dress. Looks like she has just got done with a date. She starts taking her kids (5 and 3 years old, I was talking to them earlier) inside. I say hi again and ask if the music is too loud. She says no. She then walks over and introduces herself to me and I do the same. She is smoking hot. Very high on a scale of 1-10 for a MILF, I'd say 8.5 to 9. I want to hit it, or at least give it a good try. The one problem is that I don't see her much standing outside of her apartment. If I did, I think I could handle this on my own, but she doesn't. That makes it tough to start the friendly conversation and have it lead to "come over when my kids are asleep and we can have crazy MILF sex all night". What is my play here?

Try to find out what her favorite movie is, maybe from her kids. Then when you bring over the DVD for the kids have her favorite in your hand like you just ordered it as well.
