couple of newbie questions

I have read sklansky's book for advanced players. Does anyone know any good books dedicated to no limit hold em tourneys? Sklansky seems to be all over the board. I am looking for books exculsively for NL tourneys. Also, a stupid question, what does CO and TPTK mean?

Slansky's books introduce some solid elements, but some of it is not particularly helpful (at least from my read through).

CO = cutoff - the person just before the button.
TPTK = top-pair, top-kicker.

Sklansky's book doesn't really discuss the mechanics of how to play NL tournies, rather it discusses some very important concepts that you can apply to your game. For just a solid strategy I would recommend a reading of Darse's primer for NL tournies. It is here in this forum if you search for it, or maybe someone can provide a link. You probably won't win the WSOP with it, but it's a great place to start. I consistently finish in the money online using primarily this strategy, and have twice made final tables(3rd and 9th) with it.
