What do you do if.......

an online casino's customer service tells you that you have wagered $200 less that what your records indicates. I use a hand tally counter to keep track, so it's pretty accurate. I am usually only off by $3 or $4, if I'm off any at all. What should I do? Pitch a fit? Deal with it? Thanks for you advice.

Open the windows calculator. On the first hand, put in the wager amount and click +. Then on the next hand, put in the same amount and click =. Then just click = every time you play a hand. If you split or double, click = twice.

As for your question, what casino is this, and what is the bonus structure?

I would just wager the $200 more. There's not much you can do, it's not like you can sue them. Maybe you counted doubling and splitting and this particular casino doesn't count that as additional money wagered.

What can you do? Wager whatever they say you need to wager and try cashing out again.

Why would he do this if he is using a hand-counter? You're just substituting one method for another...and yours is not any better than his.

Suck it up and wager $200 more. You're losing $1 in EV that way, as opposed to wasting countless hours arguing your point with incompetent casino personnel.

I've had live chat tell me wrong wager requirements. One time I asked and they told me I need to wager $1900, after I played 200 more hands or so I asked again and they told me I need to wager $1990... I just relied on my counting and cashed out when I finished my wager requirements.

This happened to me 3 days ago.
I even have the chat transcript.
They refuse to be helpful...
Oh well, what can i expect for a $30 dep and a $100 bonus with a $360 wagering req that online chat confirmed twice was correct...

Note that there are more then a couple online casinos that do not keep up to the second wagering stats. I have seen some be an hour behind, 4, 8, 24 hours, etc. If you are convinced that your stats that you have kept are accurate, let it go to the next day, and either ask again or just do your cashout.

I also advise to try to mimic a noob when asking customer support about anything, especially wagering requirements. I would refrain from saying things like "I have counted every single bet that I have placed". There is only one type of casino customer that does this.
