Should I consider a computer with PVR capability?
 

They seem sort of interesting and fun to play around with. I can think of uses, but it would be a luxury rather than a necessity.

Do they take up a lot of resources so that you shouldn't play online poker while recording? If I wanted one, would I be better off buying a computer that already includes everything I need, or is a USB device or a TV tuner I install myself a better option?
