Possible to sell caribbean seats?

Hi,

I won an entry into the 6.3k caribbean nl tourney + the package to get there. I was wondering, is it possible at all to sell the seat?

Not 100%, but I think I heard from someone that the first seat you win you have to play, and if you win more seats you can sell them.
