Bad Beat Jackpot

If a Hold'em Bad Beat Jackpot needs Aces full of Tens to loose to 4 of a kind or better, with both hands using both hole cards; Then what hands would you need in Seven Card Stud to make the probability of hitting the jackpot about the same?
