20/40 hand...good read or bad laydown by opponent

20/40 game 9 handed new game about 20 hands in. On button with JJ

Folded to 7 seat (tight-agressive maybe?) who raises. 8 seat folds. Hero 3-bets. Blinds fold, 7 seat caps, I call.

Flop: JT6 rainbow. 7 seat bets, heros call.

Turn: 5 (2 hearts). 7 seat bets, hero raises, 7 seat reluctantly mucks flipping up AA.

7 seat walks away and comes back after a minute thinking he made a terrible laydown. Did he?

Also, do I wait for the river to raise here?

A. i always raise the flop.
B. it was a sick laydown, but as a general rule that fold as a standard line is HORRIBLE.
