how do you calculate probabilities???

how do i actually calculate the probability and percentages of hands? this is something that i am not too sure of? i was also wondering how to figure out how to convert my outs into percentages?

To convert # of outs into a percent chance to hit on one card:

(# of outs / divided by # of unseen cards) * 100
