BB all-in calling situation (pot odds v. FE)

$109 SNG

SB in an unknown Party fish who pushed on my BB at 50/100 blinds for 900 the last orbit. That's the only prior information I have on his pushing habits in this spot.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (6 handed) converter

Button (t2070)
SB (t850)
Hero (t1456)
UTG (t1958)
MP (t2196)
CO (t1470)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
4 folds, SB is all-in for 850, Hero for 650 more...?

650 to win 1700 - 1050:650 or about 5:3. If I lose and pay the SB, I'll be down to 506 chips. If I win, I have 2206 after paying the SB. If I fold, I'm down to 1156 after paying the SB.

Call or fold? What range of hands (top 1/2, top 3/4, etc.) does he have to be pushing for a call to be correct? (or is "any two" incorrect as well?)
