I have a friend with around $200 to start clearing bonuses. What site offers the lowest limits for clearing bonuses. He is a new player and is just learning how to play and would like to clear bonuses during the learning process.

theres the casino.net things (search for threads on them), bet 365, eurobet. also check out PSO for some startup stuff

Already did, I've been going through that site pretty hard core. I just would like to know everyone's opinion, especially those if have been down this road before.
