Best tournament book to get?

I have never played in a tournament before, but my local cardroom frequently has small (50 dollar buy-in with rebuys) no limit tournaments it offers every few weeks. I am interested in playing in them for fun but would like to read a book on tournament play first (these are hold 'em tournaments). Is there a particular tournament book that is supposed to be the best?

I have heard negative things about McEvoy's book so I don't want to get that. Is 101 Tournament hands a good one? I have ordered Ciaffone and Ruebens' no-limit/pot-limit book, would that be the best one for these small no limit tournaments? Thanks for the advice, as always.
