GPP Bonus Question

I got an email from golden palace poker:

Since you haven't played in while, we thought we'd make you an offer you can't refuse to get you back in the game.

Incredible Limited Time 100% Bonus
This week only you will get 100% on any purchase up to $150! This will give you everything you need to start winning in our Freeroll Tournaments and/or Tables. All you have to do is make a purchase then enter the promo code "september". Your account will automatically be credited with the bonus.

An extra 100% in your bankroll could make all the difference in winning any of our tournaments. Play at your favorite table longer, or use the extra cash on higher limit tables and get more bang for your buck! It's up to you. Act Now - this offer is only good this week!

Please Note: You will be required to accumulate 125 Action Points for every $1 of bonus before the bonus will be credited to your account - to claim your bonus you must complete play by October 31, 2005.

Enjoy the bonus!

Is this bonus worth clearing? I know it is up to 300 action points per hand but I'm not 100% sure about the math.

Moreover, how are the 1/2 games - variety and looseness on that site?

also is this bonus easily clearable at 1/2 limit?

Thanks!

Re: GPP Bonus Question

Golden Palace bonus is 80% contributed rakeback.

at $1/2 full ring it won't clear very fast, since the average rake per hand is about 50c and then that has to be proportionally split between all the pot contributors. if you play 6-max then it will be more tolerable.

the games on Tribeca network are pretty soft so you should be able to make money from other players. but the bonus in of itself is not very profitable.
