is it cool to cash out to neteller and redeposit for bonuses?

my funds are tied up at other sites at the moment and was wondering if this would work out. thanks in advance.

There is probably a time limitation on this, like you cannot do it within 48 hours (cashout and redeposit).

I'm not sure what your source is for that, but even if it's directly from Party, then I would still suggest it is false. At the least, it has a bug (like the crypto ones) which often renders the 7 day thing false.

FWIW, I chased out 2-3 days before the PLISTINGS bonus hit this forum, re-deposited that evening, and got it no problem.
