I think this is my last month for Interpoker bonus.

Maybe I got spoiled, but Interpoker's bonus just isn't as good as it used to be. I have played this every month since I discovered it and it just keeps getting worse.

I think it started out $90 matching deposit for 500 hands and that was sweet because the $1-2 and 1-2 GBP tables were very easy to beat. Then it jumped to 800 hands or maybe 750, not as sweet but the games were good so I was going to play there anyway.

After they added micro-limits, the $1-2 games are tighter, still beatable, the 1-2 GBP games are also tighter. But now you pretty much have to play $2-4 to get a large enough pot to count as a raked hand, yes they lowered the required number of raked hands to clear the bonus but it takes more dealt hands to hit the required number of raked hands.

I am not smart enough to figure out exactly where, but at some point, you are better off multi-tabling lower stakes with your existing money and not having to put additional in play.

Is being an absolute rock at $5-10 is the best way to clear the bonus? You just have to be dealt in the hand and the rake be at least $1 if I understand the requirements correctly.

What you think? 86 the Iterpoker bonus or figure out a better way to clear it?

No, I only play poker so casino play isn't an option that has any interest for me.

If you play shorthanded or are willing to learn, Crypto 2/4 or 3/6 6-max is a good place to do it. 3/6 6-max should have enough of the pots raked at $20 to clear the bonus at a reasonable rate. As far as I remember, the 6-max games at that level were good. Also, if you play decent you have more of an edge on overly tight bonuswhores playing at those levels, as playing too tight will hurt you much more in a short game. There tends to be decent game selection, as there are usually 6-max games going when there are no full games at each level. Also, clearing the bonus during the $30 per 300 or KK promotion increases the per hand rate you get there.

I have rakeback at a different crypto skin and I think that is a better deal. I sent an email to Ryan and Iam interested in what he says.

2/4 is defintely beatable there.

Ill play 1000 hands (500 raked) at 2/4 to get $100. Thats pretty much the same rate absolute's clears.

Absolute should clear even faster at $2/4 because they rake 25c for every $5 (despite what the site's rake sched actually says). therefore virtually every single flopped hand will count, probably close to 80% dealt if not more.

If the table is tight, every other hand won't hit $20.

I quit Absolute because their bonus sucked.

read my reply again, and then try and get this deleted like your Jacobs thread.

Re: I think this is my last month for Interpoker bonus.

This bonus is FAR easier to clear playing Black Jack in the casino using a chart. I've been clearing it playing $5.00 hands of Black Jack for several months. I can clear it in a few hours. PLUS, they give you the bonus to use in the casino so you do not have to risk your own funds. Just deposit $90 ($100 this month), then play. If your balance gets down to your orignal deposit (i.e. you busted the bonus), withdraw your initial deposit. If you bust, the betting requirements will carry forward to the following month but it's better to clear the requirements with the casino's money next month that to risk your funds this month...

Yeah, but how does playing blackjack help my poker game?

The way I see it is I am going to be playing poker anyway. If Interpoker want's to give me a bonus that I can clear playing poker then I will play there.

and the 2/4 6 max games are swingy but soft .

I play poker to make money and for entertainment. But if I'm not making money, it's NOT entertaining (unlike some players that think it's fun to "blow dough"). I play poker literally every night except for three. One night I spend about two hours clearing the Inter Casino bonus, one night I spend an hour clearing Will Hill and then I spend another hour clearing Little Woods. I still get in a good 25 - 28 days of poker every month. And I have cleared in excess of $1000 over the last few months playing blackjack for a few hours a month. At Inter Casino I have walked away with $330 and $400 in the past. I also busted one month but it only cost me a little time and the upside potential is worth it.

So if you cannot spare 4-6 hours a month because it will hurt your poker game by $200 - $300, don't play blackjack. But if you want to clear bonuses quickly and risk free, I recommend doing so...
