Maybe.

With that many chips, he could be blind defending your 'modest' raise.

Question is, is he going to call your push for T1200 more PF?

T1600 reraise is pretty healthy, I'm guessing he's calling.

So I'm pushing, but only after a call & ANY flop. I'm committed to putting all my chips in, but a call-push might give him an exit if he misses the flop.

your raise wreaks of a steal, i would push over the top and expect to be shown A8+, KQ+, 55+. He is the big stack, and he should be doing this with many hands. If he did pick up a big hand so be it, you go broke. Folding here makes you way too weak and exploitable.

I'm on the button...A stop n go is not possible here.

i'm all in, i don't see what seeing a flop will do for you besides scare you away with a A, K, or Q

Ignoring for now the fact that you're on the button, what is the deal with everyone's fascination with the stop-n-go? You might be beat here, but you're probably ahead, so get your money in now. If he misses the flop, why do you want to give him an exit??? If he hits, you're going broke anyway, why not double up if you win?
