Two 10-10 Hands

This seems like the right way to play 10-10 in these fairly typical situations. I also wonder about the river fold on the first hand. I figured that a value bet on the river is only valuable if I don't pay the guy off if I get raised. I just hope I'm not pissing away money unnecessarily. Thanks for any comments.

1 - fine

2 - Very strange actions from UTG+1, tough to put him on a specific hand, but I'd fold the river.

1. I don't agree with the river fold. If you take it this far call it. If you planned on folding you should have slowed down a long time ago. You may be beat but I would call the 1 bet.
2. Same guy? Could have AK because he didn't pop you on the flop or turn. River could be a desperation bet. Only way for him to win now if he didn't hit is to get you to fold. This really has odds of working if it is the same guy and he remembers the last hand or hands like it. If he had AA,KK,QQ,JJ he and he was this aggressive preflop he would have wanted to raise early with the draw possibility on the board. Not likely he got this aggressive with AJ,66,,88,99 preflop. If he did with small pair then he should of got agressive on flop. I would have called this one too.

Hand #1 the river c/r sucks big time I need a read before I lay this down I don't know if your good 10% of the time or not. If I'm worried about a c/r from a tricky villian I might check behind if villian is ABC I bet for value and fold to a c/r.
