MP1 is overly aggressive and a frequent bluffer. However, the table knows this all too well, and so he gets paid off very well when he does hit a hand. With that in mind, how would you play this?

A cap on the flop generally means nothing to me from a LAG. When the flop is pretty draw heavy it means even less. I would definitely 3 bet the turn or CR the turn. Then if he caps/3 bet I would check call river.
