I was AWOL from 2+2 for a long time during the school year and just got wind of this.
The quizzes written by Ed Miller at Casino & Gaming Television (http://www.cgtv.com/games/column/index.shtml) are probably the best I've ever seen at helping intermediate players become really good. If you haven't checked them out, you should.
