Could I have played this any better?

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: mcp33p4n75 is CO with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, mcp33p4n75 raises, Button folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (10 SB) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, J/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif (5 players)
SB checks, BB bets, UTG calls, MP3 calls, mcp33p4n75 raises, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (10 BB) 9/images/graemlins/club.gif (5 players)
SB checks, BB bets, UTG folds, MP3 folds, mcp33p4n75 calls, SB calls.

Well, I have two pair and a flush draw. That's 13 outs to beat the straight. I probably don't have enough players for a raise to be correct, right?

River: (13 BB) 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, mcp33p4n75 calls, SB calls.

Is this call correct or just wasted money? I was pretty sure that someone had the straight.

Final Pot: 16 BB
Main Pot: 16 BB, between mcp33p4n75, SB and BB. > Pot won by BB (16 BB).

Results in white below:
SB shows As Qd (two pair, queens and nines).
BB shows Td Tc (straight, king high).
mcp33p4n75 shows Kc Qc (two pair, kings and queens).
Outcome: BB wins 16 BB.

Anyone have any thoughts on raising the turn?

That's what I thought when first reading the post. But, it seems unlikely that the BB is betting with something that hero beats.

Also, I think raising will get the SB to fold a hand that you would want calling down with your nice draw, and 3-betting you with a made hand that beats you. I don't think it is worth the raise even though hero has multiple outs. This semi-bluff has the most miniscule chance of knocking out the other players, if that.

I'de wait until hitting the draw to raise.
