so i wasnt receieving any hand histores (from empire), after numerous requests. i decided to call up and bitch about it. i gave my information, blah blah, and the woman asked me if i had an account with party or empire. when i told her empire, she informed me that "unfortunately, phone customer service is only available for party poker players," and that i would have to email info@empirepoker.com for any help. I have called this number before and have receieved help. Normally, I wouldve bitched and yelled but I am just too tired and aggravated right now because i know i am not getting a response in the near future if i email them. oh well. sorry for the rant
