Looks fine to me. You capped on the flop and still got bet into. No skirt here.

Hums.
Anyone else put the SB 2 pair? I doubt he has a set given the way he played. So the question is, did the river counterfeit his two pair? Can a river raise be worth it?
There's 6 combinations of T3, 6 combinations of 73, and 9 combinations of T7. 12 vs 9, plus the fact that he might have a set/boat. I guess it's not worth it.

I think the hand is fine, I think a set is more likely here than 2 pair though.

You said your opponent was loose, not maniacal. I play this hand exactly the same way.

I would've waited to raise the turn instead of capping the flop. let him think he's ahead then pop him on the turn. if he 3-bets you might be in trouble, but the majority of the time he won't because you'll be way ahead.

I'd say it's 50% he has a set, 40% he has Q-10, 10% he has A-A. I could easily see him 3-betting the flop with Q-10.

For some reason I kept thinking I should have gotten one more bet in. But after reading the reponses here I can understand that he was telling me I was beat the whole way.

Unfortunately for him I didn't believe him as he showed A8h for the dreaded pair of 3's and MHIG.

Thanx
