Slow Empire Hand Histories.

Was curious if anyone else's handhistories are running more than 7hrs behind? Trying to fit in my big end o' the month push, and i am worried about...something.

Haven't got any all day, and didn't get a batch of about 400 a couple days ago, over which I was +100 BB. I e-mailed them twice and got a canned response both times, never did receive them. I'm going to look at my PT results for a long long time, and know they're not right.

Yah, I know the feeling. I HATE missing hand histories, especially if it was a big session up or down. =(

I've requested three times tonight and still haven't seen any yet.

I've requested alot more than 3 times over the last 6-7 hours.

I know they are concerned about the number of requests but they need to just make it so that you can not request more than once every 15 minutes or so to cut down on server problems. Hopefully it does not get to the point where they say no more HH.

Playing 4 tables at once you play more then 100 hands every 15 mins. This wouldnt really work /images/graemlins/frown.gif

playing 4 tables at once i play 200 hands an hour. 100 hands in 15 minutes? Even at 6max tables that seems like a lot.

Since party and empire added the feature to look at hand histories at a popup window at the table, would it be worth suggesting that they get rid of the email hand histories as they are and instead replace it with a feature that if you ask them to they will email you your previous 24 hours worth of histories each morning. This would solve any server problems they may have since they can email these in off hours, and it would solve an concerns we have about not getting all our histories.

Just e-mailed them that i will play at pokerroom until they can fix the problem. A friend says that Party send handhistories; but Empire, Multipoker and Coral (Eurobet) don't.

Anyone know if Empire has a telephone number that you can call and ask an actual person? Or do you have to pray that someone actually read your email? Im having the same problem... missing 1000 hands is not my idea of keeping an accurate PT database /images/graemlins/mad.gif.

I've not had any histories for yesterday's play. I've had similar problems in the past with Party and, on each occasion, have then received them all at once (sometimes with a delay of 24hrs).

My guess is that the requests are logged somewhere and the histories will start appearing sometime today. If they don't, then it'll be a new record delay for me!

i got the same exact e-mail. but i was thinking, if e-mail from info@empirepoker.com is going into your spam or bulk box as they claim (so much as you wouldnt be getting hand histories), then how the hell would you be reading that letter.

Did you receive hands you recently requested or ones you requested a while ago? I played a few hundred hands on Empire yesterday and wouldn't want any of my stellar play to not make it into my PokerTracker database.

i just want to say that you are all [censored].

the last time i played at empire was 4 months ago and it was because of this very reason. i racked up about 3000 hands in 2 days, and was constantly e-mailing them about this problem, after about 8 e-mails to their support, plus changing my e-mail address 3x to try and see if it was something that was my fault, i got nothing, i got so fed up i called party poker support and see if they knew any phone #'s for empire, then i e-mailed every single number on empires website and asked for someone to call me...

and they finally did!

AT SIX FOURTY FIVE IN THE MORNING!!!!!!

uh yeah looks like they screwed up on what time to call me, anyways, i asked them to dig up my old hand histories and they said they couldn't, but the lady would be glad to give me my last one hundred hands oooo yipee!

so that wasn't cool, but then i got a phone call from another guy who said he was like a manager of blah blah and he didn't even have an empire poker e-mail address, anyways he said he felt so bad he'd deposit a whopping $10 in my account, which i lost in about 3 seconds because empire poker can go [censored] themselves.

I had this happen before on Party, and I kept hitting that request button dozens of times and emailing support. About two days later, I got like 20 emails with all the hands.

I think they'll be coming.
