How do you guys cashout your winnings? There seem to be many options and I chose Netellers Debit Card but it seems to be a rip off with always 2 currency conversions and other fees. It is really convenient though. Similar and possibly even better system could be Visa Elektron epasseporte, but it only works with Party. Anyone use this?
What other decent options are there?

For me a cheque from Neteller works just fine. 1 Euro fee and you get it by mail in less than a week.

Not that I'm European, but I've got a casino account that offers free wire transfers to established customers.

So I neteller all my cashouts in there, wire transfer them out and it's in my bank account a few days later (costs me a few bucks to recieve because of my money grubbing bank, but hey)

By bank transfer usually takes only day or two.

Check from neteller. Fee 2$. I live in Denmark so they send it in euro. But their exchange rate is poor so I lose 1-2% - gready motherfuggerbastards!
I have mailed them and asked if they could send the check in dollars instead - but that is for some unknown reason not possible! (Maybe because they want their fee!)

Is your neteller account in USD? Mine is in Euros and I lose alot more. First 3,75% when I withdraw from UB in USD to my Neteller Euro account. Then I have to load my debit card which costs 2 euros + again 3,75%. I understand the first charge from USD to Eur but if I'm withdrawing euros from my neteller account which also is in Euros and I plan to get the money from an ATM (Euros/Finland) then why the currency convertion fee? To withdraw about 1000 costs me almost 80 euros which I find too much.

I called my bank and asked about cheques but they didn't really know how much cashing these costs. Nobody uses cheques in Finland.
