This is close but a lot of players will play the other ace with an unpaired kicker the same way. In fact I usually wait until the river to raise if I have AAAx against the preflop raiser (if the pot is not that big) because I get called more often there by his KK/QQ but don't have to worry as much about the 3-bet from the bigger ace.

I don't think the river 3-bet is that close really. I think it's clearly the best play.
