Do you like this line or find it laggy?

1. I'm BB with Jd9s. UTG folds UTG+1 fold CO raises 2 folds. i call.

flop 8s7d3h. I check- UTG bets- I raise-UTG calls

turn 2h I bet - UTG folds.

2. I'm BB with 2d8h all folds SB completes i check

flop 2s6d9s SB bets - I raise - SB folds.

3. I'm SB with 6hKh. UTG's folds, CO raises (new to table), Button (loose PF) calls, SB folds, I call

flop: 5s6dJh

I check, CO check, Button bets, I raise, CO folds, Button calls.

turn 2h I bet, Button calls

river 2s I bet, Button calls

I won pot. Button shows AdQd.

I cannot imagine calling PF in #3. That feels way too loose.

Hands 1 and 2 are fine depending on what your current table image will allow you to get away with and depending on your opponent's own propensity to fold versus playing back at you. Basically yes, you can sometimes pull these moves, and other times it might be better to fold. Hand 3 looks good postflop.

i assume your the BB in 3

1 - not common - i need to believe they will fold a bit before i take this option - all 3 are possible on the flop

2 - auto for me

3 - plays itself once you check the flop - i like betting out if i think the next guy will raise a lot of the time

He said that he was in the SB but it seems he was in the BB. Does that change your opinion about his preflop play?

Yeah. My bad. I missed a few words in the PF passage.

I usually call as well.
