Is anyone having trouble with BJ Ballroom or any other Casino Rewards casino receiving withdrawals or getting straight answers from customer support. I was asked to submit documentation, which I did. Then they told me that they only had one paper processor, rather than the normal 2; and now they told me that they are having email problems and have not been receiving attachments. I may be overreacting but I am concerned. Any thoughts would be appreciated as I have quite a bit of money tied up there.

I finished BJBR two weeks ago. Took 10 days total to get paid.

Slow, but you will get it.

It was taking them a while to get me my cashout, so I sent them a rather polite "it-didn't-take-you-this-long-to-take-the-money-out-of-my-Neteller-account" email, and they sent my money the next day.

They were very honest with me when I asked them how much more I needed to play to complete my playthrough requirement.

They are slow, but they will pay. 10 biz days is the norm. I too have a pending cashout with them.

I'm in the process of providing documentation too.
I sent an email with the documentation to them and it got bounced back to me over the weekend. I followed up today and they gave me another email address to send the info to.
I have no concerns yet, just a tech glitch.
I've never heard of any major problems with them before.

today i got my money out of yukon gold (casino rewards). cashout was slow---around 5 days--but i didnt have to provide any docs.

i am currently doing BJ ballroom and what i am having trouble is variance. this huge WR is killing me. deposited $1000. $400 bonus. i am 2/3 through the WR but i have under $1100 in my acct.

Thanks. I was told the same thing. They asked me to use: payments@casinorewards.com. Is that what they told you? I am sure they are up to snuff, but the runaround and delay concerns me.

I was asked to provide documentation too. I faxed the stuff on Sautrday. Called Sunday to comfirm they got it and were satisfied, which they were. I had the money in my Neteller on Monday. This is only after I called on Saturday to see why my week old cashout hadn't processed, and I found out about the documentation requirement for the first time.

This is why you put in on Autoplay and go to bed/work/pub/etc. and come back when its done.

What does this have to do with variance?

thanks for the suggestion. i wish that was the solution to my bad BJ swing. although the autoplay doesnt affect variance, i think i know what you mean. every single one of my wagers has been $1 begts so yes, im using autoplay (no way id have the discipine to do it any other way.

hopefully ill be on an upswing towards the end but i guess breaking even on the deal wont be the worst thing that could happen.

If it's any consolation, I deposited $1000, received the $400 bonus, set Blackjack Ballroom to $2/hand and did 5500 hands. Came back and found myself at a little over $1000 with half the WR left to go. I cashed in my comp points and then continued with $2/hand for another 5500.

Woke up and found my account down to $450. I then tilted enough on manual play (bj, video poker, and slots) that it wasn't until it hit $100 when I managed to hit the cashout button.

Oh yeah, and it was in pounds.

Thanks, I did make up for it on others in the casino whoring circuit, but yeah it was a pretty grim time. It certainly puts poker bad beats in perspective when you see the dealer constantly outdraw you for long periods of time (Martingale would never work for me).

Let us know how you end up, hope variance swings to the positive for you.

I finished Golden Tiger (a casino rewards site) about a week ago. I cashed out 490 GBP last Wednesday and it hit Neteller on Monday (it was over the weekend, for what thats worth). I made sure to verify that Neteller was my default withdrawal option. After playing about 100 more credits worth of cover play, I withdrew another 370 GBP on Monday and hope/expect it to hit Neteller by Friday.

One curious thing is that I have never been asked to provide documentation in the 4 casinos I have done. Most of my withdrawals have been small, so that may be the reason. However, on Golden Tiger, I had some good luck at BJ and ended with a total of 859 GBP after cover play. Hoping to not have to provide documentation, I decided to try my withdrawal in 2 smaller amounts instead of 1 large withdrawal. It was once mentioned that any withdrawal over 500 credits requires documentation. Is this true? My experiences confirm this, but I was wondering about other people's experiences.

What a bad beat story... I had better luck. With the reward points earned from the autoplay, I'm about even at US $1400.

I think you may be correct. I was carded for cashing out 500 GBP...

It's faster recently. This one only took them 5 days, and that's even including a weekend.
