Party Poker - Rake back

I've heard people say before that they get some of their rake back. Can someone tell me how this is done and what I need to do?

The typical deal is you get 15%-20% of your rake back. Probably should only be used on the site where most of your play takes place at.

If you have an account already, you can't. You'll have to join another site, i.e. Empire, Intertops etc.
