Can someone please help clear something up for me.....my questions is this, if the small blind goes all in and loses, where does the button go on the next hand and does the big blind skip paying his small blind on the next hand? Also, if there is a web page where these kinds of rules are available, I'd sure like to hear about it. Thanks.
