DOJ & Online Poker ads on TV

OK, so in the wake of all the hubbub about the DOJ seizing revenue from the Travel Channel for accepting ad money from online poker sites, I'm watching the Phillies and Red Sox on Fox this afternoon, and what comes on between innings? A commercial for Party Poker.

Did I miss something?

I could be wrong, but I believe the gambling sites are hitting up local cable companies and using local, rather than national spots.
