After taking to heart your "secret" to crushing microlimit games, I've been applying the concept to my live $5-10 game, which plays a lot like a much lower limit game most nights.
Last night, I had a very good run of cards over a 3.5 hour session. I also upped my aggressivity and pushed players with better hands off of two pots (both were heads up and they showed their hands) and stayed/raised with two other hands I might have otherwise dumped/called during the course of the hand. Combined with greater value betting, it turned what would have been a +$250-300 night into a +$503 one.
My online play has experienced a similar boost, can't wait for the book (but hope nobody at my game reads it)!
