Preflop odds:
pair: 1/17
suited: 4/17
offsuit non-pair: 12/17

When you hold suited cards, the probabilty of flopping a 4-flush is 10.9%. When you flop a 4-flush, the probability that you will complete the flush if you stay to the river is 35%. The probability of getting dealt suited cards, flopping 4-flush draw, and completing flush draw is 4/17 * 10.9% * 35% = 0.9%. This doesn't include the times you flop a flush or hit runner-runner.

What if your playing with ten people, how would one figure the odds of the previously mentioned applied to a full table?

13^10/17^10

~6.8% of the time no one at a full table will have two suited hole cards.
