Did I blow this on the turn or before? (99 hand)

I've been struggling with 99 hands. It my number two money loser. Was I too aggressive early and not aggressive enough on the turn or do you play this completely different?

How I would play:

I would raise PF, and call a 3-bet. If 3-bet by the SB, I would raise his bet on the flop, otherwise I'd bet it myself.
