CO is Cut Off, and I think it is the postion before the button. I always have a hard time remembering that one myself.
Bubble is one before the money, if a tourny pays 3 and there are 4 left you are on the bubble.
+VE don't know, perhaps you mean +EV? EV is expected value, as in pocket aces have a +EV and 27o has a -EV if you play them.

Thanks, I guessed CO and EV roughly correct. Bubble I was unsure if it was that (4th) or a synonym for button. Now I can turn pro!!! /images/graemlins/cool.gif

if you are not aware of the concept of EV, you should read a few books, cause it is an extremely important concept. probably the single most important concept in poker. read hold em poker, and hold em poker for advanced players, and tournament poker for advanced players, and theory of poker, to begin with.

27o can have positive EV, its just very rare.

i guess its possible for AA to have negative EV, but you should never fold em preflop.

all in my opinion
