Heads Up 2 and 4 Player matches

What are the expected percentages of winning in, say, Poker Stars heads up matches? I know that you have to win more than 52.5% to beat the rake, but what do good or great players make?

Also, in the 4 player matches, do you find that it is more difficult(you have a lower percentage) in the second match than the first? Or is the difference in playing a "winner"(of the first match) not noticeable over time?
