WSOP Prediction

I've called Phil Ivey to win the big one this year. He's been playing great. He's already won three bracelets this year and had other money finishes. Any thoughts on this?

has he won ANY holdem events?

i thought i remembered him winning mostly 7cs tourneys?

No he hasn't won any Hold' em events but he's been playing great and is one of the top 10 leaders in chips in the the Championship(after day 2). I've watched nearly every event after work from binions.com, they've been playing the final table the day after the event. ESPN is supposed to be broadcasting the final Championship table I think. They we're trying to set something up. Pokerpages.com is a good place for updates also.

He won a no limit hold'em event in the LA poker classic and made the final table in another no limit hold'em event (says so on the cardplayer website). Hasn't won any in the WSOP, but I do believe he knows what he's doing.

Ivey won a NLHE tourney back east last year[USPC?]. He just lost a 270+K pot w/33 v AK; A3x-A-A board. Dunno if he's still in.
