I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I put too much money (all-in) into medium/good hands and go bust. So what % of chips would you choose for each of the following hands if you were allowed to bet just that % post flop and see the river? I.e. imagine only a short stack will call that has exactly that %.

a) Top pair top kicker, no obvious draws
b) Over pair, no obvious draws
c) Top pair top kicker, flush and straigth draws
d) Over pair, flush and straigth draws
e) Trips, no obvious draws
f) Trips, flush and straigth draws
g) Straight, no draws
h) Straight, flush draws
i) Straight, 3-flush on table
j) Flush, non-paired board
k) Flush, paired board
l) Fullhouse, with bottom made of pockets
k) Fullhouse, with top made of pockets

I know, "it depends", but with no reads, I'm interested in general answers. My problem (from a previous rant post), is that I go all in with TPTK and two pair two often. I am beginning to think these hands aren't worth a 100% investment. Sure if I've been at the table long enough to get some good reads, but you often hit some hands well before then.
