Here's my stats so far. Still going slowly, but eventually...

$10 SNGS: 20 out of 100
1st: 7
2nd: 1
3rd: 5
ITM: 65%
Total Profit: $260
ROI: 118%
Profit per SNG: $13

...just started reading TPFAP. Hopefully that'll help plug up a bunch of the leaks in my game. Excited to see how everyone else is doing.

just started my 20-30 stretch. So far a 3rd and 5th. That 5th was horrible. How dumb is this play...

Blinds are about to move up to 50-100. I have about 1k. I get 44 in the SB. It's folded to me. I raise it to 100. BB has about 550 in chips. He goes all in. He's been playing tight for a while now, so I should fold. But no. I decide to call, convincing myself that he thinks I'm trying to steal the blind ?!? So he shows A6o - A on flop and I'm down to 400 or so. Tried to recover, but it was too deep in the blind levels. Busted out soon after. That's what I get.

Since I've went through the trouble if explaining the hand...

Should I have raised stronger w/ 44?
Should I have just called and seen the flop cheap (the blinds weren't that much anyway}

Say I was in the same situation but had 88, 99, or TT. Does that make a difference?

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
