I don't think SB would meekly complete with AQ or AJ, very unlikely. He could be slowplaying AA or otherwise have a set, but it is very weak tight to give your opponent credit for a set without good reason. Your passiove play may have gotten you 125 chips (in the form of a river bet) that a turn raise from you would not have gotten (he is clearly afraid of his kicker and would folds). Thus, maybe the best play is to lie-in-wait, and then raise him on the river?
