i locked my personal real estate rate at 5%..i am old enuf to remember 16.75%..yup..lol..that was fer real..
gold is hard to call, but having some real tangible gold..or perhaps 64 kennedy halves laying around (i know this sounds paranoid; disaster) , but the time to get these is when everyone is saying "interest rates will only rise very slowly." 50% of u.s. realestate loans are variable rate...wow...
still eres looks like one of few equities worth holding..they have a lock on providing data for fda approval of cardiac risk of drugs seeking fda approval..and the fda specifically requires this..lol..
