Work mostly and hang out at the water cooler or otherwise converse with their fellow employees. Productivity is higher these days though. Don't think management in a lot of cases gets it yet.

LMAO. Seriously though. Who are the people that actually go to work and do stuff? That would be wierd.

I had to internships where I can honestly say I surfed the net and sent emails for about 95% of my day.
