If you had 3 hours to teach someone how to play Hold Em (and by "play" I mean the 2+2, tight agressive way), what would you do? Assume this person is familiar with hand ranks and the rules and betting structure of Hold Em and has played the game at an "ignorant" level before.

I'm far from expert/master and I'm sure I'm missing something, but I'd go through the list below and get as far as you can, making sure he understands each topic before moving on to the next. If you make it through the list quicker than 3 hours, which I wouldn't be surprised you would/could, go back through it or spend time playing out some hands/examples to hammer it all home.

1a) Starting hands
1b) Position
3) Pot & Implied Odds (when you can chase your draw, when you should pump the pot, make the last call)
4) Recognizing common player stereotypes (calling station, LAG, etc.) and using this info - also, forget about bluffing the low-limit games (stereotypical loose games)
5) When you want more/fewer opponents
6) What flops are good for your hand
