This is from the $10 rebuy last night. I figured the min-raise from the UTG was strong, but when you get a chance to play from the BB for such a cheap price, you should really consider it.

Poorly played on all streets by AA. But for some reason, the huge underbet on the coordinated flop makes me wince the most.

His worst play was betting 1/3 of the pot on the flop

Nice suckout with that trash hand. Just kidding.

What did you think he had before the cards were turned over? I agree it was very poorly played, especially on the flop.

I had put him on AK or Top pair. He had normally raised much more when UTG, so I believe he was "wanting" callers, hoping I would hit top pair, and bet into him.

After the flop, it was tempting to let it go, but I figured that with a pair, if I could hit the second, or possibly a flush draw, that it might pay off. And with the weak bet, it was obvious he was trying to reel me in. And then BOOM!

Granted, there is no gurantee to win the hand, but I have to figure I'm way ahead after the turn.

I really like your play a lot on this hand. At first blush it might look like a questionable play calling the flop with only bottom pair. But with the amount so small relative to your stack size, and with the prospect of catching trips, or two pair, it's an easy call I think.

Very nice read on him, gotta love a hand like this that starts with a small pot, and you end up doubling your stack. I'm guessing after this that stealing was slightly easier for you on rag flops, after you showed down that hand.
