hows this for a bad beat jackpot (casino az)

well, first off they take 2 dollars a hand for jackpot (started like a year ago or so).


but starting a few weeks ago they now pay a 1000 jackpot (500 to losing hand, 200 to winning hand , 300 to table) for the 6/12 hilo stud game.


when 6 perfect low gets beat by a wheel.


main point may be that even more bad players will flock to the game (and even the regular 6/12 hilo players are pretty bad).


also this is in addition to the regular jackpot which is quads losing.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: The 6-12 Stud/8 game at Casino AZ is the BEST white chip game in the house. I've never lost more than a rack in that game when it is at it's strangest, but I've taken 3+ racks off the table SEVERAL times. The 6-4 jackpot just makes it a little sweeter still....

yeah, i sat in that game, had something to eat, just stayed, the bar opened, whole table had drinks (so any higher game was a no no) , played until i was sober to drive and then went home up 2 1/2 racks. good conversation too.


one of the very few decent players was saying how yesterday he won 1800 + 500 bad beat for a total of 2300 in the 6/12 hilo game.

wow. sounds like a phat game. how far from Tucson? im leaving tomorrow at 5pm. will be in Tucson sunday night. playing a little bit during the week. is it worth it to make this drive for a little playing time?
