out of my 8 sng's today (wish i had stopped after my first)5 of them had 7players at lvl 4. This is pretty unusual to say the least. With that said u would expect everyone would b playing only premium hands. surprisingly not. to me atleast it seems as if ppl have just been exchanging chips back and forth as if they were hot potato's. any1 else notice this? or just that ive had unfortunate game selection luck today?

I have been doing absolutely awful in the $10 SNGs on party for the past month or so. Something like $2/SNG. They have become much tougher then they used to be when I was winning them non stop.

I just finished playing a $10 SNG and it was down to 5 players at level 2, 4 at level 3. It was great. Played it conservately, slowplayed a flopped full house, and got enough chips to hang in till it was 3-handed. Then went on to pull off the win.

It must just be bad luck picking tables I guess.

Heh, after months of hearing sermons on how 10+1 is no different than 5+1 aside from the smaller rake, I finally bit and moved up to 10+1 today. All I have to say is what the heck are you guys smoking? 10+1 has been considerably tighter. All 10 people at level 3, 8 people at level 5 for the worst one... It's been frustrating for sure. Not that the tables are filled with brilliant players, but it has nowhere near the number of morons you see at 5+1.

haha, well maybe it wasn't just me and my unlucky table draws. i ended up only playing 11 sng's today and found it to be tightest i've seen in the past 3 weeks (very small sample granted, but i did spread the games out.....)

I don't know, I played 4 of these last night, cashed in one after only playing one hand to the river...five had busted out before the 100 blinds level, most on hands that any reasonable player could get away from such as pocket underpairs and TP crap kicker. In another it was 4 handed at the 50 blinds level, however I busted out 4th in that...in a third there were 8 people left at 50 blinds, however I put a bad beat on some guy and ended up winning.

I have seen the fives get really tight too. This weekend, it was 250/500 blinds and 4 people left. and everyone had 1800-2200 chips. I finally bubbled 99 vs AA. Next one, it was 6 handed at 100/200 when I got knocked out by someone limping in with QQ. I have played the 5s 10s and 20s, and I dont think there is any real difference in skill.
