I made a deposit of 1000 GBP into an online casino and my neteller account was charged $1,874.06 1 week ago. I requested a withdrawl a few days later for the same amount and in my account today received $1,783.64.
That seemed odd to me, so I checked todays exchange rate and I got the amount of $1,828.70.
So, my questions are:
1) Do exchange rates fluctuate this much in such a short period of time?
2) Where can I get archived information of exchange rates?
3) Is it reasonable to try to use these sites exchange rates to my advantage?
4) Do online casinos charge a fee or vig on the exchange rate?
