Can you download hand histories from pacific poker and if so, how?

Pacific Poker support answered my question this morning. The answer was no but they forwarded my request to the appropriate parties and they may consider it in the future.

The PacificPoker Hand history for my mom's account hasn't worked since the beginning of May, right around the same time we both (I played my money under her name) suffered some of the most awful beats we've seen. Coincidence? I think NOT!

Well, maybe. But still, the hand history needs to be fixed...
