Say you are playing in an SnG with 1500 starting stacks, blinds are 10 hands each, 10/20, 15/30, 25/50, 50/100, 75/150, etc.
Now, say for whatever reason, (bad cards, no callers, etc.) you have about 1300 at the 75/150 level and it's still 6 handed. You still want to play only premium hands, but not being able to steal the blinds because multiple big stacks are being aggressive to the smaller stacks. How do you play this?
