Interesting Situation in a five handed fast 40/80 hold'em game.

Silent, aggressive, wealthy, winning player, capable of making moves, limps in 5th position.

Braggart, incessant talker, big ego, also a winning player, raises right of the button.

Braggart believing everyone has folded exposes his two queens.

Dealer points out another player is still in pot.

Flop comes 9, 6, 2 offsuit.

Open Queens player, befuddled by the situation, bets.

Limper raises.

What action should open Queens player take and why?

Interesting question. The braggart should just call the hand down -- and not bet or raise -- since his opponent is aggressive and tricky. The braggart is probably ahead with his queens (since his opponent just limped pre-flop) but is obviously at a terrific disadvantage for the remainder of this hand.

How did it play out?
